I'm sure that we all know what I am talking about. Sure you can simply "beat" a game, meaning simply play through to the end on a decent difficult setting. What I am talking about is going way beyond that. Getting every acheivement, playing and beating it on every difficulty, getting every single unlockable item; just getting everything that the developers put into the game.
My question to you is: how often do you do this, if at all? For myself, I really only try to unlock everything if I really like the game, or feel like the game was too short and that I want to try to get more out of it, so about 5-10% of the games that I play.
What is the Escapist's opinion of this?
