It seems that I am a heavy bandwidth user, at least according to Comcast. Comcast has a bandwidth limit of 250GB per month(I know this is old news) and will ban you from the service for a year after 2 offenses. I don't find this odd, its a poorly run corporation trying to be profitible, what I find interesting is that they say less than 1% of users will hit or come near the 250GB. They also said that most users use less than 10GB each month. (these are probably older people who only think the internet is for email, so these people probably aren't on the escapist)

The upload is from my minecraft/vent servers and the download is steam/desura/modDB/updates/Netflix.
I don't like caps or throttling, American ISPs are pretty slow and expensive relative to other developed countries. Although, compared to some ISPs 250GB is a generous cap.
