I sleep for 5-7 hours and usually go to bed from anywhere from 7pm-11pm.

Depends on what I'm doing during the week.

If left to my own devices it'll be anywhere from 6-12 hours depending on how long I've been awake. Usually I try to get at least 7-8 hours but I know I can go long periods of as little as 4 hours sleep, usually up to a month at least.

I sleep around 3-7 hours on schooldays and 7-9 hours on holidays. I sleep longer on holidays but thats because I do not set the alarm cause that would maybe wake my parents.

Try and get 6-7 hours, usually get 5-6.

I'm surprisingly good at having a good night's sleep with someone else around. I suppose the disturbance they cause is less than the contentment of having someone else around.

I used to sleep about 7 hours on average. Then something happened. Following that something, which's duration was just about 2 weeks, it went to 9 hours on average, plus a few other changes regarding my metabolism.

About 6-7, but it varies A LOT! Sometimes I'm in the robot category, somtimes I miss a day. Oh well.

I used to get barely 3-4 hours a night.

But lately, since I went to the UK to visit my boyfriend, I've been having some major jet lag. xD I swear I've been sleeping for like 7-9 hours a night and I'm STILL tired! Also, I get drowsy and exhausted easily since the trip. :S That 5 hour difference screwed me up something awful. Lol.

The days I have to go in to uni I try to be in bed fairly early to get as much sleep as possible as I have great difficulty getting up early in the mornings. Probably around 8 hours though.

On my days off and weekends I'll stay up as late as I can and I just sleep in for like 10-13 hours. Whenever I feel like heaving myself out of bed.

8 hours every day or more, it's unhealthy to sleep for less than 8 consistently.
This is going to sound weak without a source, although I having a hunch it may have been in the general book of ignorance.

a test was done on some people (100 or something) half had 8+ hours and the others had 7- of the ones who slept less they lived longest, the ones who slept more 5 or so died during the experiment.

Told you it would sound weak ....

I aim for 8 but usually over do it a tad, then I sometimes go a sleepless bender and not sleep for like 2 or 3 nights ... so I think it evens out.
