I need about 8-10 hours of sleep.

I rarely ever get that much sleep when I have to go to school, which is why I'm ALWAYS tired.

I need more sleep than I get now. All kidding aside, I probably require between 8-10 hours a night but I rarely sleep that much.

If I am on a coffee drip, and I am staying active, 3 hours a night can do it.

If I am relaxing, and am doing everything right, I prefer about 9.

About 8 hours a day.

And 10 a night.

Haha! I know that quote! It's from Bill Hicks (R.I.P.), if I am correct. Still remains one of my all time favorite comedians! Never seen a person with so much love and loathing for humans as this guy!

For me, depends on what task lies ahead of me the next day. I can go on 3 hours or none at all if need be, but I'll probably make some small mistakes during the day.
I love sleep and will take 10 to 11 hours if I can.
A long time without enough sleep just gets me edgy and annoyed very quickly. Around that time I just ask everyone to stay away from me.

I always try to get at least 8 hrs but I can function on less though I really like getting 12 hrs if possible.

I can get by on 2-3 hours if need be, but I'll usually try to get at least 6 hours for the right balance of 'having time to get stuff done during the evening' and 'getting enough sleep to actually not be tired'.

If I didn't have to get up, go to work, get stuff done and generally be a responsible functional adult, I'd sleep as much as possible. I like to aim for at least 10 hours a night during weekends and holidays, 12 hours is preferable. My personal record is 17.5 hours, which would've been much more but a certain person came in to wake me up on the grounds that I (apparently) needed to eat.

I function on about 6 or 7 hours normally, but my parents think I work on 9 or 10 as they sleep before I do.

Minimum of 2. I won't be very functional though. I'll be really slow to respond and react. At max, I sleep 10 hours sometimes.

I never really feel like I need sleep, I get a boundless amount of energy (and poorly used mind you) out of no-where. But when I do sleep it turns out I exhaust myself. (^0^)/

So yeah, I push my body without realizing it.

When I get to sleep uninterrupted, I can sleep up to 14 hours. So I guess I need more than 10. But usually I only get around 4-5 hours of sleep. I can survive on no sleep though, for at least a few days.

It varies. Sometimes I can function for a few days on less then 5 hours of sleep per night, but then that can catch up to me later on, or even soon, it depends on a lot of factors.

I sleep for about 9 hours but I'm still yawning through the day, but really, I blame my sinus(es? is it E-S?) because I don't ever feel low on energy, and I'm never tired except about 45 seconds after a yawn.

The ideal amount is 10 hours: anything more is excessive.

During the school year, I like to have at least 7 hours each night (which is usually about what I get).

Amount of sleep I need to be functional the next day: 2-4 hours

Amount of sleep I will actually get if left alone: 8-12 hours

I only need 2-4 hours to be fine (and I can get 2 hours a night indefinitely and be fully functional, unlike some who can only do it for a week or so before they're exhausted). I can go three days without sleep, then snooze for 6 hours or so and feel refreshed. I often sleep more just for lack of anything better to do (nothing over 6 hours).

My sleep schedule's pretty f'd in the a.
