I don't take shower like I used to since I take a bath to clean myself which use it every other days (like one day I take a bath but the next day I don't and the third day repeat).
Once a day for the most part, in the evening. That way I don't have to shower twice on the days I work out, yay practicality! Usually only use shampoo the days I work out though, because of the whole 'shampoo every day is baaaaaad'-thing, but luckily my hair still stays nice and clean. I think ninjas might have something to do with that.
Once a day, every morning. Although somedays I just say "Screw it, i'm not that dirty." put on some deodorant and go about my business. I do that way to often these days but in my defense showering is one of the most boring things in the world.
I wish I could afford to have a water proof television in my shower or something.
I don't live a particularly strenuous lifestyle, so I shower when I need to. If I came home everyday covered in dirt and sweat then things would be different but as it is I don't need one every single day and I get the benefit of healthier skin and hair.
It really depends on what i have been doing over the day. It can be everyday or much less than that. Doing it everyday no matter what seems a bit... well... obsessive to me
