I have "Jew Blood" so I'm sort of light olive skin tone. Despite I never see the light of day I still manage to have a tan.
Congrats on your pregnancy! Or if you've had the baby already, then even more congratulations XDBara_no_Hime said:**sigh** Where was this thread last year, when I could have voted the naked sun-bathing option?
This year? Pregnancy makes getting sun difficult. Having a newborn, moreso.
I've been getting some sun lately, I guess, so maybe faint, faint tan-lines? Kinda? I guess?
I travel around and look after old peoples places for them since they can no longer do it themselves.Dags90 said:People still have gardeners outside of soap operas?karcentric said:I'm mildly tanned and I'm in Australia, but I'm a gardener so I'm outside a lot.
Or is this one of those things where two similar words have different connotations in American English.
I hear your ante and raise my own Blonde Swedish and Ginger English genetic mix. Not even an ironic trace of melanin.Cheesepower5 said:I'm Scottish by ancestry... That's the whitest kind of person.

I think it's slight just a difference of terminology. Where I'm from, if you're part of a group that travels around a lot, you're a landscaper. Gardeners generally work solo for a much more limited number of people.karcentric said:snip
My newborn is nearing two months of age. And thank you.EeveeElectro said:Congrats on your pregnancy! Or if you've had the baby already, then even more congratulations XD
I have this experience and thus avoid the sun like the plague, I'm very pale frankly and I don't care too much.Phasmal said:I don't tan.
I can't, I only burn.
I often blame this on being related to ginger people.
Plus I hate summer (mostly cause of the burning!) and tend to stay inside.
So yeah, I'm either pale as a ghost in winter or red and blotchy in summer if I venture outside.
I ain't bothered one way or another. Both title sound good in my head.Wolverine18 said:Ah, its pretty much interchangable here. Landscaper has just become the "trendier" name so pretty much everyone uses it even if it is a full time employee who does nothing but "gardening" for you.Dags90 said:Wolverine18 said:snipI think it's slight just a difference of terminology.
