Poll: Hows Team Fortress 2?

With Team Fortress 2 being 50% off I'm tempted to buy it. I really didn't enjoy the Xbox 360 version very much (mainly because of the lag), so i'm just wondering if the PC version is worth getting?

The PC version is leagues better, but it depends on what you didn't like about the 360 version.

If it was just because of the lag, then yeah, I'd recommend the PC version. But what else was there that you didn't like?

The Lag, lack of players and content were the only things a didn't like but it seems like the PC doesn't have those problems and I can play mods like age of chivalry if I buy it right?

Team Fortress 2 is one of the most worthwhile games I have played. For a very reasonable amount of money you have years of update material, fantastic art direction and characterization, a game that can be played both casually and competitively and is fun. Lots of fun.

Heartily recommended.

being half price and with the amount of content that's now in the game compared to release...no real second guess about it...BUY IT!

TF2 rocks on the PC. I have never played on the 360, but since it doesn't have updates, its silly. And trust me, there are plenty of people playing.

My opinion summarised:

It has a wonderful community (insert blatant advertising for our local TF2 group [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/The-Escapist-Team-Fortress-2-Group-PC]) and keeps getting updated with new weapons, game modes and other cool stuff. That's pretty much everything the 360 version doesn't have, and lag is easily countered by just finding a better server. Yay for dedicated!

One of the best multi-player PC games out there.
