I would retreat to the mountains for a few months, recruiting as many people as possible. Over the course of those month me and my resistance fighters would train to become bombers and expert marksman. After I and a hundred or so snipers/bombers are ready we would all separate, infiltrating different cities, towns and vital area's. Each man would work autonomously, assassinating officers and destroying vital Soviet infrastructure like communictions systems, radar, bridges, etc.
Remember how the DC sniper paralyzed an entire city? Now imagine dozens, maybe hundreds eventually, of DC snipers who could also set up explosives and a strong will to fight who are concentrated on making sure you don't go home unscathed would do to the Soviets morale.
