Absolutely, should be interesting. I appreciate being a woman but I'd like things from a mans perspective and to see what they talk about away from women.

After reading your post, I asked my male friends what they talk about when I'm not around and they unanimously said, "The same things we talk about when you're around." So, either, men are incredibly dull all the time, or they think I'm a man. Considering I caught three of them in a very loud debate about Solid Snake, I'm going to with the former.

As for the OT, I don't think there's much point to it is there? For me, I mean. I am a woman, I feel like a woman (cisgendered, then, I guess) so if I took the pill I'd just feel like a woman, but I'd have a dick. I don't want a dick. If I did, I know where they sell them.

A load of guys are saying they talk about sex, which they don't do in front of me. Everything else they talk about, they treat me like one of the lads most of the time, we'll talk about games or hobbies although I do give them advice on women.
My boyfriend says him and his friends "don't really" talk about their sex lives but I'm certain they do, I usually do things for him that men only dream of so I know he won't be able to resist bragging, LOL. They all seem to know what we get up to as well :s

If I could experience it emotionally that'd be good too because the thought process of some men completely baffle me..

I suspect that might have something to do with the raging testosterone some of us have. I seem not to have been one of those (that I know of), but I still get a little crazy sometimes.

And in my experience, we don't talk about much unless there is a goal behind it. Most men are not great with small talk, myself included.

Frankly I'd like to be what I want when I wanted. If I could choose but had to decide to have it be permanent I couldn't do that. a lot of people really could use the perspective. i would take it of course, ive nothing to lose but ignorance, but i cant exactly decide if the change should be permanent before i experience it. even then, one week is hardly enough time to figure out if you want to completely reverse your birth gender. i mean, i might have the time of my life that week, then i get my period and hate the cramps and having to buy tampons... you cant shave your legs with the same razor you do your face, so id have to figure out what kind of razors to get, then my god the clothing; id have an entirely different size for everything! i would still keep my hair short probably, but im used to just buzzing it all off, id have to figure out how to manage hair....

I don't care about gender and don't really think of myself as having one. I have no incentive to contest my assigned gender, but I don't feel attached to it either. So who knows? Maybe I'd find the change preferable? *shrug*

I can't speak for all men, but in my experience men don't understand how women are emotionally effected by things to such a massive degree (from our perspective). For example: Imagine an argument over something fairly small has just occurred. Within a few minutes of the end of the argument I am mostly back to normal and can continue talking in my usual way. A woman seems to keep talking derisively for hours and keep bringing up the minor issue that caused the argument for weeks, sometimes years. I don't understand this at all.

Maybe if this pill effects my emotional state as well I would have a better understanding.

I can't explain that, but I know I'm the same. I can hold a grudge for years. A girl who used to bully me is a tramp now and she was asking me for money when I got out of work. I looked her straight in the eye and said "fuck off, I'm not giving you a thing."
It can't be all women, but little things just play on my mind. I don't mean "you left your dirty pants out again!" but my boyfriend said something to me last week and it's still playing on my mind even though he said it during a bad mood and didn't mean it.
Hopefully they invent that empathy chip they had in Futurama. I know a few people who definitely need it.

Surprisingly this is close to true men actually DON'T talk much about what there girls do for them in the bed as its kinda a taboo subject for a normal male convo. Most of those more personal convo's only happen late at night when everyone is super relaxed and even then people still feel awkward. Personally i don't have a problem with talking about it but for whatever reason lots of guys do.

Because men want girls. Like They will do ANYTHING to get a girl, but this also means if something better comes along. They have a hard time turning it down if they aren't 100% invested in there first one. You can satisfy EVERY sexual need of a man and he will pass you up for a girl who will do it once every fought nigh but is better looking and that's a sad truth of most of the people at my school are like that. I am a REAL minority when it comes to the 14 to 25 age bracket because I want someone i can relate to that i can rely on like i wouldn't date a girl who didn't share my interests but I'm guessing that's also partly because of my anxiety issues.
