1. It can cloak, making it invisible
2. It can deploy drop-pods
3. It was pretty much blatantly copied by Halo, among other things in the Alien/Pred universe
4. IT HAS PREDATORS ON IT!

The outlaw star, i mean on top of its awesome navigation and weapon systems, it had arms so it could physically grapple other ships.

Grappling could be extremely destructive, and leave most of the other ship's weapons useless as any backdraft from them would harm their own ship.

That aside maybe the normandy. I was going to say the Bebop, but i remember it was falling apart in the series. Same with serenity.
