Any time someone talks about incense I'm reminded of a Mitch Hedberg stand up bit where he mentions that he likes to burn Waffle smelling incense while his roommates sleep because he likes to mess with them and have them wake up with false expectations... It's funnier when he does it but I couldn't find it on Youtube :(

For some reason I always associate incense with migraines in my mind, but I have no idea why. I can't even remember the last time I actually smelt any :/

I love that set. But I think it was that he wanted waffle incense to mess with his roommates. Like, wouldn't it be so cool if they made food scented incense type of thing....I miss Mitch :/

OT: I like the milder scents, but it tends to give me a headache if too many flavors are mixed together at the same time.

I used to burn it infrequently, but I ran into two problems.

First is that my apartments smoke detector is hardwired so there's no way to disable it.

Second is that I haven't found a new shop to buy my favorite kinds. I never used sticks, I always bought the powdered kind. Still have my burner and some charcoals for it though.

I don't burn it, but that's basically because I can't really be bothered to go out and buy any. I have zero problem with it, and in fact I quite like it, provided the smell isn't too strong. If it's something light that you can just smell on the edge of your senses, then I love it :).

Well, there's a special kind of... incense... that I like to burn, if that's what you're asking.

The problem with it is that repeated use will stain your walls and stuff like smoking in the house does.

my school doesn't allow burning things in dorms nor does my mom allow burning anything in bedrooms so I have yet to experience incense burning.

I"m not allowed to have anything that is openly hot in the dorms (candles, incenses, hot plates, etc). But no, I dont, cause I dont really burn anything to make somewhere smell nicer. Especially not my room. Thats my comfort area, I'm not changing it just for ______ (insert name here).

BUt my mom burns candles, so yeah, thats about all I can say.

you dont burn it for someone else... you burn it for yourself, to make your comfort zone more relaxed :) :p

Not a fan. I've never bought for myself and all the scents I've smelled so far haven't appealed to me.

My sister likes them. Depending on the scent, I'll leave the room.

Some burning right now. The people who live above me burn one I don't know the name of which is really nice.

Oh, screw that. my comfort zone is comfortable enough with the smell it has.
