Poll: Invader Zim.

Does anyone else want to see Invader Zim back on tv? If you do what channel should it be on?

sorry but invader zim has to be one of the stupidest shows on tv. i liked it when it first came out (because i was in second grade!) but then a watched it a few years later and felt like bashing an ice pick in my skull.

I loved Invader Zim. It was one of my favorite shows. I don't care what channel it's on, just as long as I can watch it.

It's a dumb show for little kids. I could care less if it comes back, personally. I can't stand it, the jokes, the animation, it gives me a headache.

I never said it was not dark. I think it can be somewhat darker.

They still play it on one of the extra nickelodeon channels. Like one day a week they play two or three episodes...

I think they're still doing new episodes on Nicktoons Network (not Nickelodean, an off-shoot of it). Not as good as the old ones, though. I think, as someone said, if they could bring it back on Adult Swim and actually do mature humor (not that the original show wasn't funny, it basically introduced me to ironic humor back in the day) it would be great.

Viacom and Vasquez DON'T get along in the slightest bit. Would explain the short lived show, and Vasquez himself stating that he would never go back to Viacom in the DVD commentary.

I don't blame him though...Never enjoyed Viacom that much, and the name just reeks of the sound for a front to a evil criminal masterminds syndicate...So as much as it would be cool to have anything from Vasquez on TV...I don't see it happening unless Time Warner approached him, and even then they'll butcher it...

Anyway, I haven't seen it in a while, but from what I remember, it was pretty good.

I would love to see it come back, but I think it would work better as some sort of internet show, podcast or similar. That way, we wouldn't have to listen to parents complaining as much.

Sorry about the double post, but what complaining? I was a bit young when the show first ran, are there any examples floating around the intertubes?
