(Hey guys, I was about to post this in the Gaming Forum, but ironically, I fixed my mistake in time.)

When I say "Irony Abusers" you know what I'm talking about (and if you don't, that's awfully ironic). They're those people who use the word irony all the time, but of course, the irony is that they don't understand what it means. The fact that they don't know how to use it is so ironic because the term is not that hard to understand.

For example, when someone gets rain on their wedding day, it's ironic.
When you find pay money for a ride, only to find out later that it's free, it's ironic.
When someone gives you good advice, but you never have a chance to use it, it's incredibly ironic.
That's ironic, isn't it?

Speaking of which, do you like my new ironic shirt?

What about you guys, does it tick you off when people don't use it right? Do you not care that much? Do you act mad about it just to be ironic? Tell me what you think.

Sheesh, wasn't that song from the 90's? Give the girl a break!
You guys don't give her enough credit. What's more ironic than a song about irony that contains no actual irony?

I saw on one of those VH1 shows--you know, back when it was still about music and music videos--and they were talking about that show. One of the commentators said, "Perhaps the most ironic thing about that song is that it is, in fact, not ironic."

I've never really been bothered when people don't use it correctly. I'll make a mental note, and if I feel like it, I'll point it out, but it doesn't get my blood boiling. Now, making simple spelling and grammar mistakes, that will.
I did greatly appreciate the Futurama episode where Bender kept calling the Robot Devil on the fact that he wasn't using it right.
