First choice is she planned it and carried it out.

Second choice is she was sedating Caylee while she partied, and the baby's death was unplanned, but caused by something Casey should not have been doing to the baby.

Third choice is Casey left Caylee with someone like Dante Salah (who lived at Sawgrass Apartments) while she went out and partied. Dante killed Caylee, and when Casey got back they cooked up this story to give police, (Dante had access to the office at Sawgrass to get the name of Zaneida Gonzolas and give it to Casey; and Dante fled town when the police came to his door to question him).

Fourth choice is that there actually is a nanny named Zeneida Gonzolas somewhere who did what Casey said (the Blanchard Park story).

Fifth choice is that a family member did it, and Casey is covering for them out of her deep love for her family.

(It was hard not to put a Pffft after fifth choice, but that's just me)

Do you think she is guilty?

Is this the one with the wee kid in the boot of the car? She was reported missing like 3 days after they last saw her by the grandparents or something?

I know, but it would take a hundred links to get all the info, none of it is in one place. When the case first started, I could have sworn Dante did it, or had a hand in covering it up one, because he split town the day the police came to his apartment and knocked (which he didn't answer). He had access to the office to give Casey the file on Zeneida Gonzalas, and knew apartment 210 was empty, which Casey had pointed police to as Zeneida's apartment. That way they may have assumed Zeneida had known the apartment was empty (as she had come to look at it); and could have come back and pretended to live there. It was a good plot by Casey, she must have read a lot of mysteries to come up with that one if she is guilty.

I am still hesitant to dismiss Dante's part in it, even with all the new evidence they have come up with against Casey.

Actually, she never reported the baby missing for 31 days, and then Casey's mother reported it to police, not Casey herself. Yes, same story though.

I have a simple question, who the hell is Casey Anthony?
She is about to stand trial for the murder of her daughter. Her daughter Caylee disappeared June 16, 2008. Casey didn't report her daughter missing, but a month later in an attempt to find out where the child was, Casey's mother (Cindy Anthony) called the police. At that time Casey told everyone her daughter (Caylee) had been kidnapped 31 days prior. Her daughter's body was found a few blocks from her home this past December.

Although I've only read Wiki (and quite frankly we know how one-sided that can be), it would appear that she was responsible for the death (whether premeditated or accidental) and tried to dispose of the body. I would like to say accidental but the searches for neck-breaking, chloroform and death say otherwise. Although to be quite frank I'd be scared if someone compiled a list of things that I've Googled over the years so they may be coincidental.

I am not Nancy Grace, so I really can't pass judgement without seeing all the evidence.
The link I posted "Documents released in Casey Anthony Case" should allow you to look at all the evidence the police have.

I know, whenever I hear these cases I always wonder what they would make of some of the sites I've visited.
