English, I tried to learn other languages like French (because the school system made me), Spanish (Because i was told it was 'simple) and Japanese (I watch a lot of anime) but i failed at all of it. Granted with Japanese I didn't really want to learn it just seemed like a good method of picking up chicks at anime cons...
Well whoever told you Spanish is simple lied to you, it's far more complicated than English at least, and since English it's you're first language it's harder for you to learn Spanish than it was for me to learn English.

It's sort of complicated. My parents are Chinese and from the my first years to preschool, I learned Cantonese as my first language. However I was born in Australia so of course I grew up in Australian culture and had to learn English or else my social skills would fail. So through years 1-9 (current year I'm in) I've spoke more English than Cantonese so ironically, my English is now better than my Cantonese. Like this guy

Technically it's my second language. Cantonese is my first language but I speak English better then I do Cantonese these days, so I really don't know if it still counts as "second language".
Also I learned 1 and a half year of Japanese so I understand a few words and phrases.

English is my second language, but I'm studying it at university level now, so in a few years I'm hoping to speak it well enough to be mistaken for a native speaker.

I also studied French for four years in school, but I don't remember much. And during upper secondary school I studied Japanese for a year but, again, I remember very little.

My first language is Swedish.

Guess I could answer the question though; English is my first language. Spanish somewhat of a second but not enough in my mind so I consider Latin/Italian as my second/third.

Am not a native speaker no.
But fancy myself quite good at English, to be honest.
Not the most difficult language to learn.
GERMAN, now there is a difficult language.

I was probably exposed to Cantonese (the language we speak at home) before I started speaking English, but I learnt English at childcare and I'm definitely more familiar with it than I am with Cantonese, even though I'm fluent in that dialect too. So I consider English my first language, since I can't really write in Cantonese, nor am I able to talk about anything with more depth than what I did on the weekend and how my holidays have been.

First language, but most people I know have it as a second language. And they're pretty bad at it.

It's my second language, Dutch being my first. Then again, I read all my books in English and watch all my shows and films without subtitles. My English verbal skills aren't brilliant though, how I wish English was my first language and Dutch my second...*sigh*

English is my second language, although I rather like to think I'm quite articulate with it. I'm from the Netherlands, so Dutch is my first language. The third language spot is shared by french, german, spanish and italian.

Uhh...first, I guess. My country has 4 official languages, but we only need to learn English as a way to communicate with the other races, and my race's mother tongue. I'm better in English, though.

English is my second language, after Greek and (theoretically) before German.
