Um, well toe answer the topic title, in theory yes, though most things toxic to spiders would also be deadly toxic to humans in the necessary amount. As for the actually post, spiders by and large are not terribly aggressive. Unless threatened like most animals particularly poisonous ones they really rather just run away or hide.

well, i should stay away from the black widow in my bathroom then...
Ungrateful sod.
He's been keeping your bathroom fly-free since you got here, and you repay him by shunning his presence?!

Get in there and give him a hug right now!
And make him a sandwich along the way, too.

Kill it. It's dangerous to you and it thinks your home belongs to it, therefore, there's no reason to let it live.
But I like spiders, they're like pets.

I used to feel that way, that I shouldn't bother spiders unless they bothered me.

Of course, that's before I looked up from a particularly engrossing session of some game I was playing at 2AM and saw Clock Spider (5-6 inches long, easily) crawling across the wall above my bed. I went to get a shoebox to get his ass outside and when I got back 15 seconds later, he was gone.

I slept in the living room that night, and first thing in the morning, I set up a whole box of bug bombs in that one room.

You screw with my sleep, I go nuclear. That's the way it goes.
yeah, I kind of lost my ability to fear pretty much anything.

EDIT: I checked on the black widow, he moved out of the house. can't find him anywhere, even looked behind me. I'm gonna miss him.

Pets don't give you a dose of venom capable of killing you when you try to pet them.

Do the right thing. Kill the black widow. It's just a spider, not like there aren't a few billion other black windows in the world, and that thing poses a real health risk.
it's not there anymore, it up and left. I was going to just put it outside, but it's gone now...

Unless you swap your blood to sulfuric acid, holy water and fire (The only way to truely kill a spider), no, it's not toxic.

I wish people would stop 'putting it outside' when dealing with pests. It just simply doesn't work, chances are it beat you back into the house. After all there's a good reason it's in the house in the first place and it will find it's way right back in again.
not if i drop it in the field across town.

Um. What?
I'm pretty sure it's just that spiders don't like to bite people. Think about it. If you were the size of a spider, would YOU attack something several times your size that might not notice you otherwise?

You have mosquitoes living with you...
Do they pay rent?
nope, they already do much by not biting my ass off
There are a bunch of malaria endemic villages in sub-saharan Africa that massively disagree with your theory.

No your blood is not toxic to the spiders, you aren't some kind of sub/super/meta human capable of such things.
However, since the question was is it possible, yes.
In the same way that any animal can be poisonous to other creatures, humans also have the ability to be like that.

Like a hundred generations of precision genetic coercion and a bunch of genome tinkering, but possible nonetheless.

Those 1%er bastards. Avoiding paying for anything. That's how they get richer!
