Depends on your definition of a triangle, if it's a tree sided shape with three angles then yes, if it's a three sided shape who's angles add up to 180 then no.

Thats what a triangle is, no matter how hard you try you can't make a triangle without it being 180 degrees. Its just impossible to draw a right triangle.

If you draw a triangle on a sphere then the angles will always add up to more than 180 degrees

can you draw a triangle on a circle, yes a sphere is just a hell of a lot of circles around the same center so you could draw a triangle around a sphere
