Poll: Is Microsoft back in?

Microsoft seems to have had a good showing at this E3. Some new games that look good, and a few features worth having. But on the other hand... Ok, the hell with this. It's late, and I'm tired. I've been posting these polls for months, but I haven't gotten any closer to figuring out how these things are going to sell. Some people will buy the Wii U, some will buy the PS4, and some will buy the Xbone, and no amount of blog posts will change that. I'm just sick of all of this, and I'd rather just go to bed than spend another night arguing on the internet. Good night to you all.

My blog post can convince someone to pass on buying the XBone and that would be a step in the right direction. Also you needn't partake in the discussion if you're not inclined, but that isn't a good excuse to leave your computer until you can't last any longer. Go watch the Spoonyone's review of Minority Report. It's pretty good.

I feel that if they released the games the showed today, on a different console with all of the crappy big brother/drm stuff removed, then yes they are on the right track.

But as of right now, myself, a huge xbox supporter, am NOT going to buy the one, and go with a ps4.

I also have 4 real close gaming buddies who rely on me for all of their gaming news and advice, and as of right now I will inform them of the pros and cons of both consoles.

Well, let's see:

-Ryse: looks like a slower and boring version of GoW
-Quantum Break: time altering abilities? like that hasn't been done before in games, need to see more to decide.
-TitalFall: looks okay...but not enough get my interest. Art style looks like bland Bayformer robots.
-That Insomniac game: enough with shooting zombies(or infected) already!
-Killer Instinct: might have been siked if even liked fighting games...and only for nostalgic reasons.

As for the rest, I care less.

After the Microsoft conference I would have said that they had just managed to struggle to their feet and they could probably pull it back together by launch. But as soon as they got up Sony just hit them straight back down.

All I kept thinking while watching the Microsoft press conference was "Wow, I can't wait to play this on my PS4!". The Battlefield 4 demo was the PC version, apparently? That's pretty laughable, frankly.

Not for me no. I just want Infamous Second Son, so still going with ps4(if I even get a next gen console). Also the Xbox is $100 more so even more pass.

Yeah KI3 is likely to remain a Xbone exclusive which is a shame as I was looking forward to this game but what I saw didnt exactly blow me away it dosent look like a KI game to me but whatever SF4 and Injustice also have horrible art styles from my perspective as well so its not a deal breaker.

KI is being developed by Double Helix though I dont know why this is I thought it would be Rare not that I am convinced either can make a decent fighting game but Double Helixs resume is not exactly inspiring. Still it could be good but I am not holding my breath.

As for whether Microsoft are back in well they are not out but they are certainly not doing any better a few good games dosent change the fact they have a crap console, a crap console thats more expensive and less powerful than their rivals.

Sony have just buried Microsoft a bit deeper and they even pulled the shit move of charging for online the fact they can get away with this shows how hard Microsoft have fucked up.

They were imperfect, they needed to go.

I would also love to Killer Instinct in other plataforms too, especially PC. I don't see it coming any time soon in the future, but if it happens then it's awesome.
