Just want a straight forward answer. Which is better, Prototype or InFamous?

I just got through playing inFamous and I thought it was fantastic. Love the super powers, loved the characters, the free roaming, and the storyline.

But what about Prototype? I've been debating whether or not to get it because even though inFamous was great, I wished it had just a little more gore and Prototype seems to have that. A lot of it.

So...What do you think?

This is probably one of those questions with no answer. Honestly, both games are fantastic. I loved prototype, and from what I've seen in Infamous, it looks very polished and awesome as well. Whichever one is 'better' probably really comes down to personal preference.

My Say: Your asking for a opinion and opinion can not be used as a fact therefore if i say that inFAMOUS is better it does not mean it is , it simply means that in my opinion it's better , nothing can prove which game is better.

They are completely different games. They are starred by people with superpowers in a free roaming world, but that is about it. Its like comparing a Spiderman game with a Gears of War. They play totally different.

I would say, if you knew and enjoyed Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, go get this game... Its like a remake with an original character and more gore. Otherwise, watch some gameplay videos to decide.

Yea they're two totally different beast.I love prototype but the grphics are better in infamous. I think if you have a 360 get prototype if you got a Ps3 get infamous.

I don't really get the comparison either, I'm just comparing them because most everyone else does. I was going to just make it into if you like Prototype or not.

Oh and about the demo thing, I didn't like the demo for inFamous, but the actual game is fantastic, and I thought the Prototype demo was good, but I don't know about the actual game.

So according to you, because everyone else is comparing, you're totally justified in also doing it as well. In his conclusion article with the pictures, he says they aren't really all that similar. Would you rather play a game with moral choice that only gets chosen once or just totally screwing up the world in the coolest ways possible?

They're both worth getting, if you want, just buy one now and then pick up the other later.

Why does everyone keep telling me to get one over the other? I said in my post that I HAVE inFamous, I'm just asking if Prototype is as good, worse, or better.
