Could internet ghost stories (Creepypasta) be in one setting or universe? You know, like Star Wars? I mean, there seems to be a lot of things that are connected.

Like Slender Man. He seems to be a recurring character, so, how could it be possible that he appears in different stories yet isn't part of those story's settings? It's just not probable.

Note: I DO NOT MEAN GHOST STORIES ARE REAL! I mean, they might be in the same setting.

Is this supposed to make sense. Which universe is this? What universes are there anyway, do you mean dimensions? How would we know about a ghost dimension anyway? Everything you mentioned was stupid by itself, it doesnt make sense then, let alone when put together. Rephrase it and ask again and i may be able to give a more constructive answer.
