and yu-gi-oh the abridged series is one of the best things to hit youtube in ages

It died around the time of the "GX" period, where they tried to connect to younger people and, like everybody else who tried that, failed, and ended up with a name that doesn't make alot of sense anymore.

Yu-Gi-Oh has been dead for a while, especially since the abominations known as GX and Structure Decks.

Haha I used to play Yu-gi-oh during school, a few people did. It was fun and interesting to see what sort of cards you could get and the ways you could utilise them to win a dual.

I did watch the series but when GX came out it lost the plot and they should have just been respectful enough to let it die. Now Yu-gi-oh is sitting in the same pile as Pokemon, a dead series which is still being squeezed for any signs of life when half it's flesh has already rotten off.
