This is a tough one. On one hand McGyver could create a gun out of paper clips, but Jason could eat that lead without a problem. My guess is that McGyver would realize that he has to stop Jason once and for all construct a Nuclear Warhead out of the crap on the bottom of his shoes and sacrifice himself to stop Jason once and for all.

Think about it, it's the only eventuality that makes scene.
