You wake up and discover the Jigsaw killer from the Saw series has kidnapped you and wants to play a game with you.
What does he want you to do?
He makes me play the Impossible-Game with one of those swinging axes hanging over me that drips water every time I die. If I beat the game, I can escape.
Why does Jigsaw make you play
that "game"? Isn't the strongest underlying thematic element of the Saw films that the traps he makes people try to escape from are always a reflection of their own faults? So isn't a better question, "what trap does he have you escape from, and how is that trap a reflection of your life?"
OT: I'm not sure what trap Jigsaw would put me in, but it probably has something to do with controlling compulsive behaviors. Since that happens to be one of the more frequent faults around which he bases his traps, I imagine there are a number of traps I could end up in, and whether I survive would probably hinge on if I just have to endure pain, or if I have to actually cut something off or something like that. I can deal with some sharp pain, but I don't think I could chop off a leg or anything.
