A battle to the death, well it's hard to say but Jim's character certainly seems like the most likely to win in a fight since he carries that chainsword around and does seem to have that dictator/God theme going for him, not to mention that he'd make Yahtzee listen to his erotic gay Mass Effect fan fiction as for Yahtzee's character, well he just comes off as a snarky brittish guy that hates everything, doesn't seem like the kind of person that would know how to fight.

Jim gets bribed not to show up and is seen walking off, counting some money. Yahtzee stands around until proclaimed winner by default and then goes to the Mana Bar to brag about it.
