Yes, is is unusual but not weird. I have heard of a woman feeling an attraction towards many objects over her life time. One of them was a bow. She use the relationship to become a nationally ranks archer.

That depends on what you mean by "attracted to". If you mean lustfully, well, I guess you never know. Rule 34 and whatnot.

However, if you're thinking of numbers that just make you feel happy, well, sure. Certain numbers are tied to happy memories, and will make you "attracted" to them, in a fashion. For example, I like the number 6 because of years of chem schooling. Smart man knows why.
