Yes, deliberately too. Around 7th or 8th grade. Couldn't do much else but lay on the ground and whimper at the time.

Not intentionally, but I've take a few kicks, and quite a few high-speed soccer balls to the nuts. I catch more with my face though. Yes, it's actually intentional, I body-blocked the ball to steal it.
There's been attempts, but ultimately I normally deliver the pain as opposed to receive it.
Although I did once have a tremendous argument with a high school teacher of mine about whether it was "manly." I explained that the impact required to knock a person out is the same that it takes to kill, and that the older we get, the more force we can apply, meaning that not only does death via blunt trauma become a more likely scenario in a fistfight as one ages, the likelihood of severe and long-lasting injury rises as well. Given that, if I fight a ************, I'm going to do whatever it takes to come out unscathed.

I was playing basketball in middle school. My friend couldn't take control of the ball and it was about to go out of bounds. He through the ball inwards in desperation. It landed right on my balls and bounced out of bounds.

I don't remember ever being kicked in the balls, but I know for sure that I've been hit in the balls with tennis balls and hockey balls from playing goalie in road hockey. Not fun.

Was betrayed by my gym pants during college. Elastic waistband with elastic pull strings. Said pull strings had little plastic beads on the ends. While putting a weight back one of the beads snagged on the weight, extended the draw string and then promptly snapped back into my nuts. Took a quick break from exercising to cuddle with a toilet in the locker room until the desire to vomit passed.
All that said, I can still appreciate creativity:

Never been kicked there, and glad I haven't been. The agony even slight overpressure to that region can cause is just unbearable.

I haven't experienced the crippling pain some people experience so I guess I have been lucky.
Never actually been kicked in the jewels, but I have taken a few blows there. My dog will leap up and instinctively try to land a paw on the balls, usually its my own fault as I'm usually teasing him with a toy. But he is not a small dog and its uncanny how he always seems to know to aim there.
Also a few years back, a "friend" chucked a full can of beer at my crotch because I refered to him as being an emo. I had to be physically restrained when I could actually stand again, I would of ripped his head off and I am not a violent person who it takes a lot to anger. That's how angry that made me.
