Whatever is the most comfortable but usually either one leg over the other or just legs hanging. Crossing my legs is disrespectful in front of the elderly/adults so I try to avoid doing that. Besides, it makes you look like a douche!

There are two types of sitting legs crossed: the male and the female one. If you are referring to the male one which is where I keep one leg as normal then put the foot of the other leg on the knee, then yes; I do that most of the time.
I didn't realise that leg position was shoehorned into a specific gender.

OT: I do whatever is most comfortable at the time, whether that be "male" or "female" leg crossing, or simply straight down in front of me.

Crossed. Always. No exceptions.

Its only a different story if I'm leaning, not sitting.

[sub]Oh, why am I that way? Because I find it really comfortable, that's why![/sub]

I lay on a couch when I'm playing, so I usually drape one over the side and keep the other over the top of the backrest.

When I play PC games, I keep my legs crossed, it's warmer that way. I have my consoles set up so I can use them in bed, so mostly, I'm lying down with my back propped up on a bunch of pillows.

Recumbent gaming is the best kind of gaming.

Technically standing; legs under body with feet on the chair (heels lifted, I'n on the balls of my feet), butt resting on heels and knees spread about 90 degrees apart. Sometimes also leant back onto my chair's backrest.
It's a very stable, fairly low chair.
My toes hurt.

Whatever is comfortable! Right now I'm sitting with my legs crossed and touching the ground at the same time! And it's great.

Ah, for me it just depends. Sometimes I sit with my legs crossed on my bed, one leg tucked under me, both legs down, or even taking the nerd approach to have both knees up, but not the feet under me. Sometimes I have my feet under me though. However, the most used position for me would be the one leg tuck. I change the feet when one is too cold or I'm starting to loose feeling in the other, but mostly it is the one leg tuck.

I couldn't sit with my legs crossed even if I wanted to. My legs are simply too damned long for it to ever be remotely comfortable. Not to mention my chair's arm rests getting in the way. Or the table legs for that matter.

So a bit like Death Note's L?

I have long legs and I have to stretch them a lot to get comfortable. My desk has a small amount of space for my legs :/

I go with one laying across my ottoman and the other with my foot resting on the former's knee. Making a 4 out of my legs. It's just the most comfortable way in my opinion. Or sometimes I lay across my chair with my back on one arm rest and the back of my knees on the other so I look kinda like a V if you suffered a heart attack at the end (My feet hanging off)

I sit the way that I just feel like sitting at the time.
But if I am sitting in a chair then I usually sit with one leg straight down with the other leg crossed over it with the foot touching my knee.

'Indian style' or so it's been called in my youth.
Pretty much wherever I sit, or with one knee up, and the other underneath, 'hugging' around (or leaning against) my raised leg. Its really only a casual position, not something I do when abroad.

I cross my legs.

For awhile, I thought it was too feminine, but if Lelouche of the Rebellion can do it, so can I.

Currently the way I'm sitting my legs are above my head, not directly, but still higher than my head is.

I usually sit in very strange ways, I'm surprising flexible and always am stretching by sitting in odd ways. Its like passive yoga.

Short answer: yes. I put my legs wherever they'll be most comfy at the time. I also switch it up a lot, ostensibly to keep them from cramping. I've also done reverse "Indian-style" with the feet up and knees down.

I sit on the floor to play my xbox and I'm always legs crossed or sometimes straight out with laptop on my knees. But if I'm in a seat I tend to tuck a leg under me, until it goes to sleep then swap over.

I often tuck one under the other, I find that the most comfy but, sadly, I always get a dead leg after so long, then I have to put them both down, annoying
