Poll: Less Pain or More Pleasure?

I was thinking about Mondays and Fridays...

Anwyay, imagine a certain amount of pain and pleasure is administered to you through out the week, you have a choice

1) Less Pain
2) More Pleasure

If you choose one, the other will be administered in the regular dosage

and why?

Ah, this is how I define life. Feeling pain and hungering for pleasure.

I'd choose less pain. Pleasure is a passing thing while you'll always fear for the pain to come and be haunted by the really agonizing moments.

Besides, pleasure wouldn't be pleasurable if you always received it. It would just be the norm, and pain would hurt that much more.

Less pain would be pretty cool. It's not like I suffer all the time or anything, but less pain would still be cool. My pleasure is fairly good (I don't want to think of the correct way to say that: it gives me pain).

Anyway, OT: Unusual decision, I'd have to go with less pain. It'd probably be more preferable to have less pain as I'm quiet happy with the "pleasure" I enjoy now. Rather than have more pleasure with the same pain.

Hang on! It just equals out to the same effect! Either way the euphoria you feel would be increased, its just a case of "How much pain or pleasure"

Masochism is gratification from pain or pain for pleasure, so your first choice makes no sense, it should be "more pain, more pleasure".
