Some of them are very creative and hilarious, but any internet meme can become stale over time. It is inevitable, but I still laugh at some of them.

If an animal is going to be a violent asshat, the least they could do is look as awesome and terrifying as bears. That way, I won't get fooled into thinking they're harmless and going in to pat them.

Seriously, every time I am trying to get some work done a collegue of mine (and its always the same guy) puts up one of the forking pathetic lolcats and tries to convince me its funny.

i think they are funnier when they are by cat owners, if they tap into a fundamentally cat-loving nature and the things that are genuinely funny about cats.

yeah, they're mostly funny, and kittens/cats are pretty cute, but that doesn't change the fact that the stupid one (and there are a lot of them) are incredibly annoying.

I'm fairly new to lolcats so I still find them pretty funny, I can see it wearing off down the line though.
