yeah, life is pretty good. i mean i dont have a job, or a girlfriend or indeed many friends at all, and i might drink a bit too much but i have a secure home, alcohol, the friends i do have are bloody good ones and with a bit of luck im gonna get into the army in the next few months.

so it works out good overall. besides without sadness, how would we ever know what joy was?
