With the trailers and previews starting to trickle out of the wood work I thought it would be interesting to see how many people are as eager to receive the new game as I am.
There might still be a fairly long wait to go but I just can't shift from my head that it's going to be one of the best games ever.

If you're not even a little interested after seeing the teaser, there's something wrong. From what I can tell it'll be great.

I like that it will work off your saved game files from ME1, that is really cool. I might play through ME1 a few more times just to have a nice selection of characters to choose for ME2.

I'm pretty excited.
I just bought the first one again because I missed it. Guess how much, brand new?
$10. Seriously.

It's a great game, but I've never played a Bioware game that I didn't LOVE...so maybe I'm a bit biased.

Bargain.
Jade Empire I played as well which I completed. Was definitely epic.

Well without giving anything away for those that haven't watched it yet... my main words at the end were "what the f*%k" o_O
Although it does look good, the certain 3 letter's shown at one point did make me question whether that is how the story will pan out.

For those that have no idea about them: there are 2 Mass Effect books.
Revelation: set before the first game and sets up the back story for the villan in the game.
Ascension: set in-between the first and second game as a bridge, I plan on re-playing the game before I read this book.

They are both really good reads, well written with a good story plot, only wish I'd read the first one before playing the game.

I am waiting on the edge of my seat for each new video and screenshot about it. I loved the first one and I can't wait to see what they have in store for the second one. I hope that they keep the dialog options as is but change the inventory system, it was unweildy.

Mass Effect is one of the those games that don't deserve to be in bargain bin for what it's really worth (no offense ;p).

The strong and realistic storytelling was way off what I have ever witnessed in any RPG. I half-expected the decisions to be black and white, but it was really great to see that finally a certain developer saw the light, and crafted an intelligent dialogue tree between the arrogant or loyal spectre, or xenophobic and empathic man.

So yeah, i can't wait for Number 2. I also have to mention my heart was racing when the pillar fell, and I thought my Mr. Sheppard was trapped under, so now with that really cryptic video, I am even more worried than ever about his fate.

To quote Will Smith- "Aw, HELL NO!"

I thought Mass Effect was pretty lame. I'll have to say, the ending was even worse than that of Fallout 3.

I rarely get excited by news coverage. I mainly base my opinions on what the previos game in the series was like, and if I'd enjoy playing something like it again. Therefore, sure, I await Mass Effect, but more eagerly anticipate Bioshock 2, Halo 3: ODST and Assassins Creed 2.

I'l be sure to play it, but the first game I just borrowed from a friend. It was quite a let-down. Worth a rental at best, and I guess the 2nd will be the same.

Bioware has yet to let me down, but I still hold onto my skepticism dearly until I get the finished product.

(I'm refusing to count Knights of the Old Republic 2 as a let down since Kreia was fucking awesome.)

Hell yeah.

I know my man ain't dead, not after surviving a fucking pillar dammit! Even less to a simple noob Geth.
Yea, if my Shepard is dead I may stop playing the game.
Just maybe.
