Poll: Mass effect 2 Hype

Mass effect 2 has been getting alot of hype since E3. Do you care for the hype or do you think it is just a waste of time and money. And what do think will be carried over from mass effect 1
i just hope that wrex will be a sqaud member

I've heard Mass Effect 2 is coming out, but the first one didn't impress me too much. Might get this one if they make the combat a bit funner.

I enjoyed the first one quite a lot on PC, so I'm quite curious how the 2nd one will turn out.
However, I am not buying it on release, it's still an EA game, so I'll wait a while.

I was very excited for it. But then I read on Game Informer they're adding a reload system. A small gripe? Maybe. However I don't know whether that will fit with established canon regarding the information on how the guns in Mass Effect work. Also, recently heard in a trialer that there is a fuel system for space exploration. That is a major "boo" in my book...

Small gripes but gripes none the less. I'm not super excited for it.

If you play "2" on the same platform as you did the first, whether you killed him or not will be the deciding factor.

In all seriousness, I don't care. Hype usually doesn't affect me unless QT's involved. Maybe it's because I haven't played the first one, though. Is it worth checking out?

I'm hyped up more than one normal human being really should be. Like, giddy school girl hyped up.

All I can really ask for though is that it's as good as the first one. As long as we hit that way point, no significant strings of murders will occur.

...Okay, maybe one or two, but that's it.

The reload system sounds awkward... Like you said, the guns have a system which would allow thousands of rounds to be fired before reload... Unless this only applies to the new heavy weapons.

Fuel for travel might be okay, since I'm assuming to refuel it will be landing at a planet, and they mentioned a while back they wanted to fix how barren a lot of the planets were. I'd love to visit an actually populated planet, like one of the alien's home worlds. Would be GREAT fun visiting Wrex's.

Mm..Possibly my most anticipated game at the moment. I'm not hyped up about it, though. I learned that lesson after the debacle that was Watchmen =/

I think it'll be fine but just so you know... they were planning to allow you to continue playing into the second game with your old character or somesuch... so seein as you got some time maybe reinstall and play again

but I personally put myself at the can't wait setting... i'm not hyper hyped but it's gonna be sweet when it comes out.
