I think I have a very good explanation for this: At least for some people, I don't think it is their fault.SpaceBat said:- Why the hell do people keep quitting early? I've had people join a server, just to leave right in the middle of it. Do they not understand that you're screwing over other people of your team and lower their chances of success if you just disconnect from the group like that? This isn't always a huge problem in silver, but this happens in gold as well and this nearly always results in the rest of the team getting killed. I don't care if you suck, just keep playing. Any help is better than no help. Besides, you're another target enemies can focus on.
Both friend and myself have encountered times when we are in the heat of battle and all of a sudden our 360s freeze. We can't do anything but reboot.
We really don't know why it happens, because mine is an old Elite 360, and his is a new slim 360.
I can go for days without it happening and then poof, right in the middle of doing awesome in a silver match, tangling with and beating a brute and three cannibals all at once by myself(had no rockets), then 10 seconds into the next round when I'm ready to keep kicking ass, it freezes and I can't do anything.
I've noticed though that many times a second before the label for the next round pops up, all action and myself freezes for a second, and resumes when the round label pops up.
My complaint is more on level of character, but I've been kicked a few times for no good reason. I've been in the team loading area a few times where I set up my gear, set myself to ready, and then after the other two readied up, we waited forever for the leader to ready up, then all of a sudden all three give me X's to kick me.boag said:- Getting kicked by anyone with a N7 score of 50 or less in a silver run
I do remember couple days ago when my N7 score was around 114, I decided I wanted to test how powerful even a low level Krogen can be, by getting in a silver match with my level 5 Krogen Sentinel. The first group I loaded up with kicked me right as my screen loaded up and I could just see their names and classes for all of three seconds. The next group that had one level 20 and two 19s let me stay, and we ended up getting a full extraction, I got the revived 5 teammates medal, plus five other medals, 1 gold(Melee of course), two silvers(Kills, and Assists), 2 bronze(tech kills, assault rifle kills). I got knocked out once, but that in the final seconds, while I was inside the extraction point. I was third in points just shy of second, and my Krogen got enough exp to gain four levels.
No, you just have to know how to use them and have the right upgrades. The only gun I've been putting on my characters in silver matches is my Avenger X with a 70% stability bonus and a 50% bonus ammo per clip. Of course it also helps that by just carrying my Avenger X, I have a 200% power recharge bonus.RJ 17 said:Assault rifles are absolutely worthless in Multiplayer.
Cerberus isn't to bright either when it comes to the Decoys.DustyDrB said:Thankfully, they also seem the most susceptible to distraction. They pretty much always will go after Decoys. This definitely helps when I'm the Salarian Engie.
I was in a silver match earlier today with my level 18 Salarian Engie, and near the end of a wave while most of my team was across the map(The indoor Cerberus base), an Atlas and a little trooper walked through the doorway in front of me on the bottom level near where the extraction point is for that map, and I was like "Oh shit", because I was alone against the Atlas with no missiles to use on it. Well out of desperation I threw out my Decoy and dove behind the crates. I looked out and was able to fire on the Atlas until eventually one of my allies came in to help me finish it off.
I just found it hilarious because that Atlas and trooper were standing right up next to my Decoy and they thrashed it for at least 15 seconds or more before it disappeared, which gave us plenty of time to take both out. It was like they didn't care that I was spamming energy drain and incinerate, while I blared away at them with my assault rifle.
