First, I'd like to point out this is one of these best flash games I've ever played, and I've been through a lot of Newgrounds. It's from The Swain, and veteran and worker there. There is no need to have seen any of the animation: You get the gist right away. Over the top evil genius wants to take over the world, with an army of loyal minions. From here, you get into one of the most original and fun games ever to grace the internet without venturing into MMOGs.

The genre is an odd, yet well put together mix of a Real Time Strategy and a sort of Not Real Time Strategy. You go between organizing crime, buying businesses, and hiring henchmen, straight to birds eye view battle. The game gives enough of both that you don't feel like you're playing from a menu, but not overwhelmed by a constant onslaught of enemies.

The game play is so varied and deep that you can waste a lot of time playing this game. You can plot mission together in perfect harmony to lead to the destruction of a world power, or maybe just try to earn enough change to buy a moon base. Whatever you're strategy, you'll get plenty of stuff to do while working towards the ultimate goal: The destruction of earth.

Score: 10/10

my only gripe with the game was the camera, I try to click on a panel and my camera goes off in the same direction.

Press spacebar.

Also, I just thought of something:

It reminded me of the Evil genius game to start with, then i realized how flawed mastermind was. You could move to the moon ridiculously early removing the threat of anything but infantry attacking which could be dealt with incredibly easily. Around that point any strategy flew out the window. It was simplified down to plot mission, assign patsy, complete mission.

In short it was dull and immensely repetitive. 2/10
If you give this game a 2/10, you obviously have played very little online games.

Don't be such an arrogant idiot. The odds are massively in my favour of me having played more online games then you. And seeing how immature your previous comeback was im betting that this time you're going to say "that makes you a nerd" or something to that extent.
Settle down turbo. He didn't kick you in the balls did he?

Ultimately, I'd like to disagree with you here. This game sort of sets up the player as follows, "Learn how to swim in an epic, ocean-wide adventure!" Normally, this sounds like it would be clearly amazing on a grand scale, but when you're hauled into the middle of the ocean with small, inflatable wings whose air will run out in give minutes and pushed off the plane, then you'll be screwed.

That's kinda what this game does. You've given a brief tutorial, and really set into the meat of things. Great for speed, but when you aren't familiar enough with the genre, then you're a little bit like a fish submerged partially in a puddle, but mostly out of water.

Even when the games does spare you a tutorial or two, it's largely "To swim: move your arms." Sure, that covers the basics, but really doesn't hit home the best of it.

That also being said, after playing it for about 15 minutes, I did find it to be slightly repetitive. Fun, definitely, but repetitive.

Overall, your review seems to be binding itself on the notion of it being a great flash game. Okay, I'll run with that, it is a great flash game, but what else? It's missing something... Diversity, standout gameplay... It's still a fun, fairly simple flash strategy game, but it's not really anything above amazing.

At best, I'm going to say 8/10, with a lot of leeway given that it is, indeed, a flash game. But don't commend the game for it's medium, commend the game as a game. As such, I feel this review hits a little too close to the fanboy line, and a little too far from honest reviewing.

Also, you fail to mention story and sound, which I found to be sparse but enjoyable. Not to review-jack you here, but there's a lot that could be said that wasn't, and not enough background to your points for me to see where you got the 10 out of 10 score from.

Overall, polite and short, but leaves a lot of room for bewilderment, which is something I don't think a review should do.

Not bad for an early review, certainly not bad, just light. Give me more, and then we'll talk business.

getting onto the moon IS incredibly rigged, though I don't usually go for it, or any other hideout besides philly for that matter, till late game. I have too much to do with my money then spend it on new bases when I don't have much to start with. The higher level money stealing missions are WAY too rewarding, it's 2k to start, then 8k, then what? 20k? 60k? weird.
Also the reason tanks/planes can't get on the moon is because fuel can't burn without oxygen, but why do flamethrowers own so much up there if they're supposedly not supposed to be able to work at all?

I still liked it, I was going to review this just when I saw that you did it.
