1. Are you male or female?
Male
2. How often do you do the deed?
1-3 times a day
3. Are you in a relationship?
yes
4. If yes do you do it more or less? If no do you do it more than you usually would?
Less depending on how much sex we are having, sex = not having to masturbate for a day or two.
5. Do you believe it improves your performance in the bedroom or not?
I like to think it helped, but I was a heavy masturbater before my first time so I have no on/off experiance. I would like to add that when I do masturbate a few hours before sex I tend to last longer, but it does not feel as good and my willingness to continue after finishing is alot lower. Because of this I try to not masturbate on days I might have sex.
6. Focus; does reduced/stopped masturbation decrease or increase your ability to focus on things?
I tend to get more stressed and angry without release so it lowers my focus.
7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?
Healthy, it helps me be less angry and lowers my stress. It also has made my hands able to move much faster which is great for when I cook.
8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?
I am much more calm about it now, when I was younger I tried too hard to hide it because I thought it was a bad thing to be doing.

Male
2. How often do you do the deed?
Never have, not because of moral issues Im completely fine with it, but I dont find the act itself very arousing and the thought of sitting in a room by myself watching two other people have fun is a little depressing, but mainly the first thing.

Nope and never have been
4. If yes do you do it more or less? If no do you do it more than you usually would?
N/A

Also, in response to someone talking about a woman masturbating during sex... I've seen that in porn, and it always looks really odd. People actually do that? I'm aware that I have an easier time achieving orgasm that some women, but damn. That's gotta suck.
most women struggle to achieve orgasm from anything but clitoral stimulation so clitoral stimulation during intercourse is an easy way to near guarantee an orgasm for the woman, to any woman who struggles to orgasm during sex i can only say that you are at least partially to blame if you refuse to help yourself along.
one of many reasons i refuse to date women who don't (or deny) masturbating

Oh what the hell.

HMS TMI requesting permission to dock.

1. Male.

2. Daily

3. Yes

4. About the same really. It's like having a cigarette when you wake up or having a beer with dinner. Oddly enough it's not something I do for the express purpose of arousal or gratification, more because it relaxes me and helps me sleep.

5. Never really thought about it. I don't imagine it matters. The emotions and sensations are mutually exclusive.

6. Decrease, like I said I kinda do it to wind down which insinuates that I'm probably a little too tightly wound already.

7. Healthy. It's known that some men will do it in their sleep in they aren't actively doing it wile lucid.

8. Don't know really, I don't keep a journal or anything.

1. Male.
2. On average, once a day. But some days I may do it twice, and sometimes I just don't do it for days.
3. A little bit of both. I'm single, but there's a girl in Canada I talk to that I'm interested in a lot. Obviously we can't have sex yet, but we do "Skype shows" with each other.
4. When I was with the only girl I've had sex with, I almost never masturbated. It was like a once a month thing.
5. The first couple of times I had sex, I literally could not finish. It was probably due to anxiety, but I also think it had to do with the trillions of sperm cells I let die that helped with that. I don't know if right before sex if it'd help with performance, but I do think doing it is a good way to train your body, especially for guys, in the ability to not prematurely ejaculate.
6. It helps me relieve stress, so I'd say it helps me focus. But that's only really if I'm horny, otherwise it won't "destress" me necessarily.
7. I think it's physically healthy, but I do think it can be mentally unhealthy if it gets to the point that you have trouble waiting to masturbate.
8. It's risen from when I was younger. Back then it was like a once a week thing; now it's once every day or two days basically.

Most women? I find that very hard to believe. I've never had trouble getting a woman off vaginally (with fingers or toys). So either I've only dated the lucky few, or "women can't achieve orgasm except from clitoral stimulation" should actually read "most men suck at sex".

Or maybe I'm a magical lesbian sex goddess. One of those three options.

1. Are you male or female?

male

2. How often do you do the deed?

it varies, I'd say about once per 10 days now

3. Are you in a relationship?

not a romantic one, no

4. If yes do you do it more or less? If no do you do it more than you usually would?

I don't know, I've never been in a romantic relationship

5. Do you believe it improves your performance in the bedroom or not?

I wouldn't know...

6. Focus; does reduced/stopped masturbation decrease or increase your ability to focus on things?

yes, but that varies too, and more than timing; if I've been thinking about it for a while, it's like a weight is lifted off me afterwards and I can focus again; if it was more of a spur-of-the-moment thing, it doesn't do much

7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?

IDK, I'm not a doctor

8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?

yes, it's less frequent; there were a few time spans where it was pretty much every day and sometimes twice a day (my record is three between waking up and sleeping and four in a 24-hour period)

No one has to answer any of these questions, if you wish you may skip questions or not answer any of them.
Also if you feel comfortable enough sharing it, you can tell your own funniest sexual story/disaster, just to keep this thread as entertaining as possible.

I don't have any funny ones, everything I can remember is either painful or pretty pleasant for me, and they're pretty much all a little weird and regardless they'd probably be awkward and unpleasant to hear or read about.

1: Male
2: 3-6 per week is probably average
3: Yes
4: I would say less (only so much in the tank)
5: No
6: Hell yeah. If you go long enough without some form of relief it will even become physical pain.
7: Who said that? No, of course not.
8: About the same I guess. It ebbs and flows a bit like everything though.

I've always found it varies. Some women will have multiple orgasms during foreplay and some require a more deft touch and a bit of work. Given time, I could probably figure out how to get most women off, but sometimes when it is only a one time thing, you just don't hit the spot.

Like Dave Chapelle said: "Premature ejaculation? I don't even believe in that. If I cum it was right on time!"

I whack the mole every day. It's a stress release valve that keeps me from staring at a woman's boobs while I'm talking to her. And while what I'm in probably wouldn't be viewed as a relationship by most people, I do get some at least once a month. I've never found an over- or underindulgence to affect me one way or the other, but too much looking at porn has overstimulated me before to the point I couldn't perform. Now, we're talking about a lot of porn. Like a screensaver I just left on all the time. But I usually don't look at porn before I jack off, and when I look at porn I usually don't masturbate. So I'm probably some kind of outlier.

1. I'm a dude
2. 'Bout... usually once a day. Sometimes I'll go without if I'm too busy or don't feel like it that day, of if I want to hold off now to have a better orgasm later.
3. Hard to say really.
4. I don't really keep track
5. You know, I've never asked. I'll have to get a nice lady to help me test this hypothesis. XD
6. Yeaah... pretty hard to focus on other things when I'm whacking off, except pron I guess. I can't exactly jerk off to homework... well I could, but I probably wouldn't do very well on it. XD
7. I have no idea, I doubt it's harmful though
8. I do it quite a bit more now than when I was younger, when I lived with my parents I didn't have as much privacy, you see. Now a have a bit more so I can full exercise my pent up energies when I need to.

I hope those answers help!

Never done it in my life (Though I have always felt that it makes me lame)
Yes
I guess that, if I did it. Being in a relationship would make me do it less, mainly because of time.
No.
No
Well, not necessarily masturbation. But having an orgasm twice a week can add some years to your life.
I certainly have less... intercourse now than when I was 19.

Actually it doesn't suck at all. Within a couple of attempts a person and their partner should be able to find a position that is highly comfortable for both as they have sex with one masturbating. With maximum comfort achieved it is a great boon to a person's sexual experience. For men, well we get sex which is good enough haha, for the woman they get more pleasure with a half hard and half gentle pounding combining with their direct clitoral stimulation.

My current girlfriend and I (fortunately) have sex frequently and while I have no trouble bringing her to orgasm within a reasonable amount of time (bout 5min) her pleasure is enhanced when she masturbates while I go at it. Its pretty much the difference between standard after effect of an orgasm and one where she comes close to passing out.

All about practice :D

OT: I'm a male, I masturbate about twice a day, am in a relationship and have sex about 4 - 5 times a week.
It increases my staying power and relieves my ever increasing amounts of stress so I think its pretty healthy for me. Since I've been in a relationship I;ve actually started doing it more for some reason. And other than discovering better materiel for fapping my technique hasn't changed.

1. Are you male or female?
Male
2. How often do you do the deed?
3-6 times weekly

No
4. If yes do you do it more or less? If no do you do it more than you usually would?
No, I do not.
5. Do you believe it improves your performance in the bedroom or not?
I've heard that it could be used to improve 'stamina' but haven't tried it.
6. Focus; does reduced/stopped masturbation decrease or increase your ability to focus on things?
N/A
7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?
If one receives a natural pleasure from it, then I would have to say it is healthy.
8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?
No.

1. Male
2. Generally between 5 and 7 times a week, rarely more than once a day.
3. (raucous laughter)
4. Hmm... let me get back to you on that when I have some experience there.
5. See above
6. Oh, definitely decrease. If I don't masturbate it's much harder for me to focus on doing other things because all I can think about is how much I want to cum.
7. Definitely closer to healthy.
8. Well, I'm better at it than I was, I guess? I think I actually do it more now than I did in my teens.

1. Female
2. I put 3-6 times a week. I'm assuming you meant sessions, not how many times I... *ahem* finish. In that case it would be 7+.
3. Married for almost a year.
4. More, actually. Since I got married and started having sex on a regular basis it has upped my sex drive a lot more. Some times my husband is at work and I get myself going. He has no problem with it, and it relieves my frustration.
5. I haven't seen any results which indicate one or the other.
6. Same as above.
7. Haha, no, unless you're masturbating with sand paper or a sharp edge, I don't think it's harmful. Masturbation has shown to reduce the chance of testicular cancer in men... So yay, I guess.
8. I didn't start doing it until I was 18, so I guess it has evolved in the last few years. It really did help me discover my body and what gets me going.
