I don't like her. I dunno why. I recognize that she has most of the features a girl needs in our society to qualify as "Hot", but I really don't see it. So OK, OP's picture was kinda hot, but I say like Movie Bob: I just think she looks boring. It's not like I don't like "the dark hair blue eyes" combination I just think it looks boring on her, there are a lot of girls with that combination who look a lot better. I mean; Amy Lee.

Moving on... Megan Fox's sex appeal varies for me depending on how she looks at any given time. I thought she was good-looking in the first Transformers, and think she looks amazing in the white underwear photo posted somewhere above. However, at other times she ranges anwhere from typical (just go to any mall and you'll see a million identical little tramps tottering around) to downright unattractive, and I can't stand her lack of acting ability or desperate attempts to sell her sexuality in interviews. She reminds me of that vapid sorority girl who wanders around a party yelling "Oh, my God! I am SO drunk right now!" Sure, you'd probably be willing to take her to bed, but neither of you would be proud of it in the morning.
She's... alright. Hot but nothing special. Genero-hot, basically.

Any chance I had of finding Megan Fox attractive went flying out the window when she came out saying things like "I'm a *****! I don't know why anyone would like me" and most importantly "I never flush the toilet after using it".
not really she seems like what you'd get if you asked a shallow 13 year old for their idea of a perfect woman, she has no charm or talent just eye candy which is pretty dull for me
She is very attractive, thats pretty much a fact. Of course, who is the most attractive woman in Hollywood is debatable.

In comparison to her, Megan Fox seems to have the personality of a breeze block.

I'd say yes, but not enough that it compensates for her poor acting ability, choice of roles, etc.
She's just the eye candy of the past few years, and when the movie studios start pushing another girl as the newest piece of eye candy, she'll quickly be forgotten about unless she can prove herself as an actually talented actress.
And seeing the Transformers movies, Jennifer's Body, Jonah Hex, etc., it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
