Yeah i've been playing melty blood for a while now and found myself wondering if anyone else even knew of its existence and if so what their thoughts about it were. personaly i find it one of the best fighting games i've played.

So, yeah, Hisui and Kohaku all the way. I didn't like Kohaku's character as much in Melty Blood as in Tsukihime or Kagetsu Tohya...but I blame Tatari for that. Akiha and Kouma would be close runners-up. Despite having her in my avatar, I don't use Ciel all that often.
And yes, I love the game...starting with Re-Act Final Tuned. Haven't played Actress Again, but I want to.

Honestly the only character design I liked in this game was Hisui.
A maid that can plonk down chairs wherever she wants. Oh, and she has a super move called SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER.
But then again, Satsuki's voice acting is enough of a reason to not play the game (I mean, listen to this! [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoJn-lwjsQg&feature=related]). It also suffers from the developers having the idea that being able to cancel just about everything into everything else is wise. Cue huge ass "bread and butter" combos like these [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRF2tZPdnec]. The reason why I don't like Tekken that much also involves long-winded combos.
