I'll have to say all the cat stuff. It really bothers me. I just never really caught on to it. I have a cat and he's really boring.
I thought this said "memos you find annoying". The first thing that came to mind was from the movie Office Space. "Your'e supposed to put a cover sheet on all the work you turn in. Did you not get the memo."

I rarely if ever mention my dislike for Ponies, it's only whenever someone brings up the show in the first place. In fact, I think this is the first time I've even mentioned it on this site. But hey, thanks for insinuating I'm some kind of attention grabbing hipster.

Can you honestly say that there aren't any people who simply hate MLP because so many people like it? Setting aside any actual complaints you may have about the show and its fanbase, step back and take a look at all the other internet forums that you apparently think I don't know exist. Even the ones right here on The Escapist. Can you truly, without a doubt say that nobody hates MLP and the Bronies just because they are around?
For the record, I have never even watched the show. I just find it completely mind-boggling that so many people develop such an exuberant vim toward hating a cartoon (EDIT: Or the fans of said show:EDIT) because some other males enjoy it. Imagine if I said that I hated, hated, Lady Gaga because she makes pop music and I happen to not enjoy listening to pop music.
There is no reason to develop such strong emotions about something so trivial. You don't like something? You're not being forced into viewing or listening to it. As I said, the way I've seen it in the months since I've started actively posting on these forums, ponies get brought up more by haters than bronies. All of those "fuckings gifs of it everywhere" that you dislike so much? At least here, don't get brought up until someone with a strong hatred for MLP starts posting about how much they hate it. And while I can't speak for whatever other forums you happen to frequent, I can't imagine that it's too difficult to avoid the posts with ponies in them, or just skim by them to posts that you believe have more worthwhile content in them.[footnote]By the way, my use of the word "hatred" directed in your direction is meant to be facetious. I hate LolCats and "The cake is a lie". First of all, I don't want to read something seemingly written by a kindergartner. I don't want to read it 5-6 times to figure out what you meant. Also, bad grammar makes me cringe. The cake is a lie has just been done to death and was even featured on a national news channel. I am just sick of hearing it.
The cake is a lie. The worst part is a lot of it is from people that haven't even played Portal, and the most obvious one, it's been used so much everyone should have diabetes! On a side note: I fucking love My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, personally I feel there's a similar stereotype to older men liking MLP:FiM as there is for older men playing video games, it's not so much the people that like it, but the mindset of the people that are against it.

I don't get all the hate for MLP. I'm not a huge fan, but I find the whole thing hilarious. Except for the violence towards bronies.

All memes were funny once. I mean, they wouldn't have become popular if they weren't. Some of them have just been overly driven into the ground.
I will say, though, that "The Game" has become annoying since it became a meme. It was fine as the psychological experiment it was meant to be. Then someone decided that "You just lost the game" was the height of hilarity, and whoever did so should be stabbed.
For the sake of the poll, I voted for the ponies. And I tried to watch that show. Honestly, I found it as fascinating as any other children's show - something I would recommend to my five-year-old sister, but nothing I would destroy my brain watching.

To be honest, I'd have to say all of them. Such things are, by definition, used until they no longer have any entertainment value left. And then they are used for awhile longer for reasons that don't really make a lot of sense.
I have little kids, all girls. Please, for the love of god, enough with the fucking ponies! We have every pony movie ever made, the TV series (yes, there was one), all the ponies, new and old, accesories for the ponies, on and on, it never ends. I would buy them barbies, I really would, if only they would give up the ponies! It's like creepy eyed, plastic crack.
