You could also choose to drown yourself in yourself, thus drowning the very idea of drowning and forever ending all drowning on these boards and drowning all drowning polls likewise.
It is also within you power to drown the concept of such "meaningful" topics as "choose whom to save", which escalate into everyone calling eveyone a monster.
But, you could also choose to drown the idea of Mass Effect 3 topics, so they would never be started ever again and the controversy would simply be forgotten.
You could likewise drown the topic of sexism, ridding this board of these entertaining to read flamewars.
You could also drown the concept of sexuality appearing on this forum, stopping everyone from discussing weird fetishes and "sensitive" topics such as pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.
And last but not least, you could drown the notion of creating such pseudo-intellectual topics as "Rate your own brain cells." "Rate your intellect." "Explain why you are the bestest thing that ever happened to this world since ever"
