Yeah, it felt like Fusion was more linear for a while, but that allowed it to create a better atmosphere in my opinion. The SA-X encounters always freaked me out. Although I understand that scripted encounters with the SA-X are more dramatic and easier to manage, I was disappointed to find that you couldn't randomly encounter them.
