I love Mexican food. I live in Texas, the virtual capital of all things regarding enchilladas, quesadillas, burritos grandes, and much much more. This is Tex-Mex, not authentic Mexican, but noone really cares about symantics. Anyway, what do you think about Mexican food? Love it? Hate it? Love the food, hate the aftermath? Let me know.
