Okay, good things first. Metal Gear Rising looks great all around. Gears of War 3 looks just like another installment with more blood, something I've come to expect from Epic and am okay with. Ghost Recon looks absolutely amazing by all accounts and Crysis 2 is lookin' good. Medal of Honor looks like it could be good, too. Finally, Halo: Reach just looks like a great end to the Bungie Halo run.

And here's where it gets painful. I love my 360. Given the opportunity, I would hook it up to my veins and enjoy my games. OKAY...so maybe not that much but I love all of the games I have and think the 360 has the best overall library. However, E3 was just a fantastic fail for me. Kinect looks like a ridiculous gimmick as of now to appease to the Wii crowd and attempt to cash in on the entire "movement gaming" market. Black Ops looks like just another generic shooter that just takes itself to seriously. From what I saw of E3, Nintendo won with Sony comin' in on second. Also, 2 out of 4 of the games I talked about above in my good news come out on other platforms.

Well, what do you think?

Rising looks EPIC, you know you just wanna slice some watermelon, too bad it aint exclusive :)

The rest...I don't at all care

Nintendo BLITZED easily, and Sony have some nice games to be looking out for :) so in the end....my Wii and DS will be getting a LOT of action this next year

The problem they had, of their 4 big games, only 1 was a 360 only.

Exclusives aren't really that important, but when your big press conference is mostly stuff other people are doing it kind of steals your thunder. Plus Kinnect looks awful, creepy and gimmicky all at the same time.

I agree with the last two posters combined. All that really blew me away was Metal Gear and as someone that never liked Halo or Gears the confrence had very little for and chances are Ill get metal gear on my PS3 just because it means I dont need to feed more batteries to my 360 controllers.

The fundamental problems were that Kinect looks like all the Wii gimic but without the quality first party support that nintendo gave the system. Most of the rest I'd rather get on the PS3 and save money on batteries even CoD because I hate having to talk to a bunch of annonymous jerks online while playing a game and dont really care much for competitive multiplayer anyways
