I like mint, but in moderation. I don't like things that are LIEK OH EM GEE MINTY (i.e., Altoids), but I do like mint candy, especially if it involves chocolate (York patties, Alpine mints, etc.) And I have this reeeeeaaaally good recipe for mint brownies. 8)
One of my hugest pet peeves, though, is that it is so damn hard to find dental products that are not mint-flavored. Act used to have this grape mouthwash that I loved, but I can't find it anymore, so now I just suck it up and buy their "cool mint" mouthwash, which is at least tolerable and not overpoweringly minty. I can't stand Listerine, augh. I also once found lemon-lime mouthwash (by Tom's of Maine, I think) which was pretty good. And Crest at least makes toothpaste that is "Vanilla Mint" or "Citrus Mint", which is...at least a step in the right direction.
But almost everything that's not mint is either cinnamon (barf) or "For Kids", which inevitably results in strange looks at the grocery store check-out counter when I buy it for myself. This dental mint-ocracy needs to be overthrown, sez I!
...sorry, I seem to have gone off on a tangent there...shutting up now.
