I've never bother with playing a MMO, but now there are three contenders that might actually make me play one.
The first is "Star Wars: The Old Republic". What interests me most about it is the dialogue system, which reminds of Mass Effect's dialogue (possibly because it's made by the same dev?....hmmm). Perhaps a good story in an MMO? (Note: as I haven't played any MMOs, I won't know anything about the story standards). Sadly, what I've seen of the combat looks quite...bland.
The next is "The Secret World", by Funcom. I played Dreamfall, and loathed it. But I did love the setting and story. So, a MMO set in an intriguing universe and made by former adventure game makers, could this be a sign of awesomeness?
The third is "The Agency". So far I haven't heard anything about the story, but the game itself looks to have the best combat system (haven't seen anything from The Secret World), and the possibility of creating your own agency, practically a guild, could be very interesting...at least if you get your own HQ.
But what MMO are you looking forward to? If at all.
