The developers don't see it as a problem, so why should I?
I mean, they could have given those weapons a firespeed limit if you're not supposed to do it.
They patched this into CoD4 and it was awful. People who could naturally rapid fire a pistol now had their pistol RoF cut in half because of cheating bastards.

If you need a special controller to not be awful at a game, you shouldn't be playing the game in the first place. Modded controllers should be a bannable offense.

Actually IW had to put a delay into one of the most abused guns to prevent rapidfire controllers in COD4 - which upset players who legitimately CAN pull the trigger faster than the forced delay.
The most frustrating part of the rapidfire controllers is they don't have to time their shots like anyone else, they can just focus on aiming and hold the button down, giving them a massive kill advantage.

It's cheating and I wish those who use it an ironic death involving a bear.
I hope it involves not being able to fire a pistol fast enough to kill said bear. That would be hilariously ironic

It's cheating simple. However I get accused of it for firing so fast. My mates joke it's 'cuz of my shaking. Bastards.
