Poll: Moonbase Alpha: Have you played it?

I've just got to say, this is easily one of my favorite games ever...
Now here comes the predictable part, it's because of the text-to-speech function...
That doesn't mean I don't play the game though. I do. It's just sort of a minigame within the various text-to-speech exploits and spam that everyone has been clamoring over.
I personally have no shame in admitting that I play that game soley to hear people spam "aeiou" and "john madden"...
I've driven my friends crazy by quoting it multiple times, because it's just so damn addicting.

Simple thread is simple. Have you played this game?
Is text-to-speech multiplayer a good idea?

And if you've no idea what I'm talking about, go look it up on Youtube. I would post a link or embed a video, but I can't due to restrictions on my school's computers, so someone else can do that for me... (please).

I'm sorry, but people like you are why I don't play it. No offence meant, it's just that I've played it once or twice at my brother's and voice spammers and people who kicked me off for no apparent reason drove me crazy. It is a fun game in itself though =)

I've joined games where people play and have their fun at the same time.
I've also joined games where people not only ignore the objectives, but they counter-achieve them so that you can't accomplish a thing.
I just make the most of whatever server I happen to join...
I just don't like being in a really uptight one that frowns upon the occasional "aeiou" even though I'm completeing objectives in the process...

No I haven't, but from what I've heard it looks interesting and I might grab it depending on how lazy I am.
Oh dear gods no. It is fantastic however and they shouldn't under any circumstances remove it. Hopefully there is a mute button though, right?

You get my point I'm sure =) And yes, I found myself in fun servers as well. It's just I know myself and I get very easily upset and angry and frustrated and I'd just rather not break something like my computer screen for something that essentially is a rather silly reason to get upset. Therefore I don't play.

I get some of them, the brbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrb one sounds awesome...but John Madden? It's repeating a name, and the name isn't making any cool noises like UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.
