What is the game that you simply cannot wait to play?

Most people expect me to say BF3, MW3 or Skyrim, but I am actually most looking forward to either Mass Effect 3 or Borderlands 2.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations

After what happened in Brotherhood, I really can't wait to get my questions answered... and end up having even more questions after I finish the game lol.
I can't wait to play as Altair again too. I also want to know what part subject 16 plays in all of this.

Poll also missing Star Wars: The Old Republic and Syndicate P). The former comes out late December 2011, and I absolutely cannot wait. (Even though I get early access due to pre-order, but oh well)

However, for the sake of the poll, I would make the hard choice of Skyrim over Borderlands 2. I think the main (and almost the only) reason I want it is for the story and lore >_>

Partly because I traded the original MvC3 in so I'd have money for the updated version then realized a few days later I missed it.
Mostly because Phoenix Wright is in it.

As awesome as Skyrim is going to be, the game I can't wait to play is Saint's Row the Third. I seriously can NOT wait for that one to drop! I preordered from a family run shop so I don't know if I'm getting Professor Genki or not but still, Genki or not SR3 is going to be freaking insane!

A close second is Skyrim and third runner up is Marvel Super Hero Squad on the 3DS.
