Anything except American accents - absolute slaughter of the English language. I especially hate the Southern accent - and sadly I do occasionally say words like a southerner and with a southern accent even though I live in the Midwest. Particularly fond of French, British, and Italian. Swedish is nice too, I love how it sounds so sing-song-ish when they speak. German and Russian can be okay but not too heavy or it's kind of harsh sounding. I've never heard an English Japanese accent but that might be interesting too.

I think a sexy woman with a Russian accent is pretty damn hard to beat, so seductive, so sultry.

Irish accents are pretty damn cool, but not so much sexy.

I voted French, but Irish accents get me going ;D
Accents with soft sounds are much more appealing, personally, than guttural ones, like German.
But I think it differs across gender; certain accents sound slimy on men whilst nice on women, and vice versa.

Does anyone find their own accent sexy, or is it always just other accents?

Russian accents are sexy and all, but nothing beats a Canuck accent. Girls who speak with a little extra "eh" are aces in my book.
