Alright so today i woke up at 4:30am to go to my dad's bike race so that i could move the car to the finish line. We get there easily (cause i was sleeping the entire time) but as i was driving myself to the finish i started to get uneasy (i took some sharp turns) but i sat in the car for about an hour so i was fine. But as we started to drive home i felt horrible, and i eventually did get to vomit, it felt horrible.

Now i used to get motion sickness all the time when i was a kid but it's been 3 years since i've gotten motion sickness (damn you dad)

I was just wondering does anyone else out there get motion sickness?

yes but it's not motion sickness as such. It's the heat. If it's a really hot car/bus/taxi/train then you bet I will. If it's cool/cold/mild then no I don't.

I used to get it terribly. Anytime we were driving anywhere more than fifteen minutes away, chances are I was poppin' the Gravol.

I appear to have grown out of it years ago though.

Sometimes if I'm reading or something similiar in the car. Other then that, no. Haven't felt anything since I was a kid.

I've never suffered with it, really. Once or twice, perhaps, when on a ferry, or after about ten hours in the car. Infrequently enough for me to vote "No".

It depends on what form of transport I'm using, and whether it's warm, what I've eaten and drank etc...
But as a general rule, no I don't.

Thats a horrible thing that, if you get into a car on a hot day, its really humid and just makes me feel ill.

I found out that I can't read a large book while in a moving vehicle, at least not without looking up every once in a while, or else I get really woozy.

Nope. I read on an airplane, bus, car, train, etc. I have only had one problem and that was due to turbulance on an airplane that was a carrier jet flying around and dodging thunderstorms. It made me feel like the pilot was going to crash.

yes. a lot. though it never seems to happen when I'm driving, stop and go traffic and roller coasters are almost guaranteed to make me upchuck.
