Those small square things live under your mouse. From gaming to browser, there (or there not) always there

BUt I recently recieved a mortal kombat one, and tried it out. Playing games, It just didnt work. My wrist just kept moving the mouse pad, and therefore removing the accuracy of the mouse movement.

My question to you, escapists, is your oopinion on these pads. From browsing to gaming, even if you dont play high end games, but the littler ones. What do you think of them?

I have had fairly pleasant experiences with mousepads. It tends to be "cheaper is better" when it comes to gaming as far as mouse pads go.

I like them, they aren't necessary, but I feel it lets my mouse work better longer. Just a paranoia thing I suppose, plus I've always used one, so no reason to stop now.

I don't play games on my PC where aiming or using the mouse a lot are necessary which may be why I feel it doesn't hinder anything I do on my computer.

I just move mine on the desk now - I had a good one that was purely material and not plastic (which dumbarse decided to keep making plastic-surface mouse mats when most people have optical mice?), but the wrist pad started to get uncomfortable.

I'm indifferent.

really mouse pads are not really needed today unless you have a reflective/transparent surface, due to the mouse pad becoming obsolete I've found more of an obstacle and more than often it gets knocked off the table which is the left on the floor being kicked around for a few days.

Feels a lot better than rubbing it against the wood, anyway.
There's no way that could be taken out of context...

OT: I've got a nice one with a wrist pad, and it's great.
Can't say the same about my mouse, though.

Ehhh, I meant to say I liked them in the poll, and completely did the opposite. I like them, they stop the wood on my desk from looking worn.
